1. General Information

This website is operated by Stone Age Australia, a distributor and supplier of natural stone slabs and architectural surfaces. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stone Age Australia.

2. Product Information

• All natural stone products are subject to variation in colour, pattern, texture, and composition. These characteristics are not considered defects.

• We make every effort to accurately display product images, but colours may vary depending on screen settings or lighting.

• We recommend viewing slabs in person before confirming selections.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may be subject to change without notice.

• Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless a trade account arrangement is in place.

• We accept EFT, major credit cards, and approved trade credit (subject to application).

4. Orders & Availability

• Orders are subject to product availability at time of purchase.

• Slabs may be reserved for a limited time upon request, subject to deposit and confirmation.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of material unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver throughout Melbourne and Australia-wide via third-party logistics partners.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and order size.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring access for safe and timely delivery.

• Risk of damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

6. Returns & Claims

• Due to the natural characteristics of stone, all sales are final.

• Claims for breakage, incorrect delivery, or damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or natural variation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, branding, and layout, is the property of Stone Age Australia and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability
